A): That can vary as it all depends on the timing. We have seen candidates placed immediately or it may take several months. There are many factors that our clients encounter such as project deadlines, vacation plans, budget constraints, internal movement, etc.

Q): HOW STRONG IS THE JOB MARKET IN CONNECTICUT AND NEW YORK?

A): It is one of the strongest job markets we have ever experienced. Also, in case you weren’t aware, Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY have quite a heavy concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters.
